Saturday, August 7 from 9 am to 3pm at the HOS Arboretum
A full day of fun and learning at the HOS Arboretum at Clackamas Community College. Learn how to propagate stone fruit and other fruit trees using summer bud wood at the Budding workshop from 9 am to 11 pm. HOS experts will demonstrate summer fruit tree pruning and maintenance from 11 pm to 12 noon. Enjoy samples of summer fruit varieties such as blueberries, peaches and plums from noon to 1:00 pm. Bring a dish to share and enjoy good company and food at a potluck picnic in the shade of our arboretum’s trees from 1 to 3 pm. Please bring your own tableware!
