I told you I was going to Mint Tea Bistro for brunch today and so I did. For those of you who weren't lucky enough to have spent your morning relaxing on a cool patio, sipping mint tea, and enjoying challah french toast served with a cup of yogurt and house made, plum infused syrup...there's always tomorrow.

Of all the things that I might miss while away from my stomping grounds, Mint Tea's opening in the new place is a big one! I love that the couv is getting all these great and dedicated shops and places. hopefully they will be well supported and our city will continue filling in with the wonderful things that great people can create, make, and do! I don't want super-mega-crappy stores - i want dedicated, real shops and stores that pay attention to what they are doing.....so i will stop in by Mint Tea as soon as I am home!
