    I've had one interaction with this Hector person. When trying to return a product that I wasn't satisfied with, he gave me a hard time and walked away. The attendant that actually helped me out was much nicer and I think a little embarassed that he treated me like that. Maybe that's how they plan to differentiate themselves from Whole Foods--by treating their customers like crap.
